In order to maximize the effectiveness of our photography, the property should be staged. What is "staging?" Staging your property consists of de-cluttering, cleaning, organizing, rearranging and decorating to start. Staging may also consist of some repairs if needed. Our staging services are $50/hour and include:
-remove clutter and personal items
-organize and rearrange furniture
-make list for repairs and suggested improvements
-make purchases or set up rentals for home staging
