Rate Information:

$50 per hour - 2 Hour Minimum

Waterfront or Extensive Landscaping require additional time

*Sunrise & Twilight shoots are additional $125

Typically, 2 hours will cover most properties up to 2000 sq. ft.. while an hour per additional 1000 sq. ft. should be expected.

What's included: 2 sets of photos, 72ppi (lo-res) images for all of your online needs and 300ppi (hi-res) images for all of your printed materials burned onto a CD. 1 customisable Flash-based slideshow hosted by us. Slideshows also get uploaded to Realtor.com for free if you are a Showcase member, $10 if you are not.
